"I'm satisfied with the work done but do feel the price was a bit on the high side. The only thing I regret was that we had a miscommunication on the tv installation part. I misunderstood and thought they could help with actually putting my stereo system together with TV, dvd player. Apparently, they meant only that they can put away the wires through the wall if the wires were preset/prehooked already on the back of the systems (I just moved into a new home and they were all disconnected).  I should have clarified that with Jim on the day he came to do the estimate because I thought it was a great deal compared to geek squad (the quote I was given) for the tv installation part.

He removed a large metal frame and the dish, then he patched up the holes left by the dish installer. Finally, he hauled away both the dish and large metal frame. Javier did it all.
