"Called this company for their $77 dollar, which they advertised with a flyer, for a tune-up and cleaning for my heating system. They are a Hayward company and I was told that our Castro Valley home was not in their service area. I bet if I called to buy a new heater they would be out in a day."

"The plumbing technicians came out as promised to assess the leak. They were both very courteous and kind and assessed the damage. I am giving three stars because they estimated the cost to be almost 250% higher than what the actual cost was to fix the issue. I am sure there are customers out there that would just accept any bid however, please get multiple beds for these projects, especially when working with this company as they will inflate the cost to take advantage of the situation. I ended up only paying for the $79 estimate."

"Jerry Rodriquez turned two screws which made the problem worse then gave me an estimate of $675 which entailed removing the the door frame completely including the exterior wood frame around the door. Then he demanded his $125 trip charge and I very reluctantly wrote him a check for the $125. Later I called a neighbor's handyman who lifted the door off, replaced the rollers and fixed the door for a total of $115. "

"With our rather old cabin-style home, the plumbing from the kitchen sink had a plug of hardened grease over 30 years old. We discovered this the first day when they drilled through it with a snake; we had them return a couple of days later with a hydrojet unit to clean it out. Our house is located in the mountains, and may not be particularly easy to get the equipment out here, but they had very little difficulty. They used a lengthy hose to go around the back of the house, then sent the nozzle through the pipe behind the trap to clear it out. I was originally concerned about navigating past the elbow joints in the pipe, and the fact that we have a septic tank that I didn't want to fill up; but neither was a problem, and the job was done in about an hour. The sound of the drain flowing never sounded so sweet."
