During the first visit, Mr. Mays showed me how to fix the problem with the water heater in order to save me money (rather than replacing the part or the entire water heater.) After a few weeks, I decided I wanted to replace the entire unit. Mr. Mays came to my home that same day & efficiently installed the new unit & hauled away the old one.
