The crew failed to show up the first scheduled day and we were not informed by the office until later in the day with the explanation that a previous work project was taking longer than expected even though they were aware of the delay a day or two before our project date. This tardy notification caused us considerable inconvenience."

He also gave us his honest opinion on certain things we wanted and that was very helpful. Once we agreed on a plan he scheduled us in and came on the days he told us and was very communicative through the whole process! We didn’t have a huge plan or design that we wanted and that wasn’t a problem as they came in removed our old grass, updated our sprinkler system, laid new grass and made a raised flowerbed all in a very timely manner. They cleaned up as if there wasn’t any work done and assured us that he was just a call away if we ever have any questions or concerns about our project!
