Horrible experience. First call was in October 2010. By May 2011 the spa still was not working. After numerous calls to Brentwood and hearing numerous excuses, I gave up. They didn't respond to phone calls, didn't research new motors like they said they would, didn't follow-up on anything. I believe by draining the spa and pouring water on the motor they contributed to if not caused the failure of the motor. It was the worst experience I've had with a contractor in 17 years of living in the community.
