"This page is made for the clients but actually I am collaborating with Bill with his services. The ratings above are valid anyway. I have been working with for about 2 years. After a while our collaboration became very smooth and we understand each other well. Bill has more than half century experience in landscape design and water features. He has done many projects in the area. He is local and he is familiar with all the plant materials. Because of working with many contactors he also know the details of the work exactly the way it should be done or it is done therefore the clients do not waste time with their projects being built. Overall he is a reliable professional to work with. Majority of the clients have been happy with his work. The team he has now in his company is able to do not only residential design but also commercial landscape in addition to provide architectural designs as well."

"Told us they would come on the 22nd. Came on the 2nd instead. As a 'make good', they promised they would haul away some garbage. Didn't haul away anything and blamed us when we complained. Tore down a section of our neighbors fence without their approval, and then tried to gouge him to put up a new one, and when they complained, they were going to put up the old fence which they had run a chainsaw through. The work was mediocre, and they left garbage and nails(I have dogs who could have been hurt) all over the place. When I tried to give feedback in good faith, he blamed me. Not to mention they tore the fence down on a Friday(the 22nd was a Thursday and the job would have been done before the weekend), didn't put up any sort of temporary fence, and then went on their Easter holiday Friday around 1pm. We had to make sure our dogs didn't go into the backyard for 4 days because of this. If they had come on the 22nd, our dogs would have had 1 evening of not being able to go outside. Didn't dig the postholes and add cement until minutes before they built the fence(could have done this Friday). The fence looks 'okay'. Really disappointing, since they had such positive reviews on Yelp."

"I had built and painted the new wood patio cover kit (cross beams, rafters, and slats) and had all the needed new hardware to assemble the new structure. I provided detailed construction plans to all the vendors. Some vendors did not work with wood only Aluminum or Vinyl, and others were not interested in what to them appeared to be a "too small" a job. Luckily, Ryan was more than happy to do the work and it quickly became apparent that he was also capable of doing the job. Ryan is also very professional, he communicates very clearly via texts and telephone calls. His estimate for the work was very reasonable from both a price and schedule point of view. I quickly felt that with Ryan I was dealing with a very responsible and honest hardworking professional. We settled on a price and schedule for the job. One day to demolish and haul away the old patio cover, and a second day to install the new patio cover kit I had put together. On the scheduled day to start the work, Ryan and Joe showed up right on the agreed time. They worked to demo the patio cover and very carefully and safely took the entire structure down. I was hoping to re-use the two 6x6 columns but they had some wood rot and so we decided it would be best to replace them with new lumber. Ryan, adjusted the estimate to get the new 6x6 post lumber and do the work. Just as with the original estimate, Ryan's estimate was extremely reasonable and fair. It's a great sign when a vendor's update to a project is completely honest on both price and labor. So I gave them the go ahead to do this additional work. They completely cleaned up my backyard after having done all the demolition. On the day scheduled for them to install the new wood patio cover, Ryan and Joe once again showed up exactly on time. They got to work right away installing the new patio cover. Installation is a longer process than demolition, but in the span of eight hours or so they had completed the installation. The quality and workmanship of Ryan and Joe is top notch. When they finished, my new patio cover was stunning, and once again they cleaned the entire job site. I have other projects around the house that need to be done. Ryan will be the first and only guy I will call when I get around to do them. I highly recommend Ryan and Joe for any work needed around the house !"
