"It went very well and I really appreciated their responsiveness and efforts.  My only issue was after the possum was trapped and was sitting in the cage, no one came to get it for quite awhile.  It was an extremely hot day and the possum was trapped in the blazing sun for hours, so I just felt really bad about that.  I called a few times to urge them to hurry up and come get it but it was not until later in the day.

"We have had a monthly service with Leonardo's for about 10 years in our restaurant. We had been using another company for many years but the cockroaches were having races through the kitchen, so obviously it wasn't working. We contacted Leonardo through a referrral from another restaurant owner. Upon his recommendation, we closed down for 2 days and thoroughly cleaned our kitchen. Leonardo's staff came in and sprayed and we have not seen one bug since. The technicians are professional, timely and whatever they use, it works!! "This service is worth every penny even though pricey.  They did everything they said they would do and accommodated all my little requests.  They were professional, thorough and cleaned up after they were done.  The warranty is great too.  My attic smells great (for an attic yeah hard to believe) and I feel better knowing nothing will be getting in this winter since we heard scratching going on last winter.  They set traps as a precaution even though there is nothing active going on, so yes very thorough.  I would definitely recommend them for this service, as I could not believe this type of service was even out there.
