"Jose did a great job cleaning our off-white carpet. We had had a hot water slab leak resulting in a large soiled area in our dining room. We thought we might have to discard the carpet in that room. After replacing the soaked pad and having the carpet reattached to the tack strips by another vendor, we had Jose clean the carpet. He did a fantastic job, and there is no residual stain. No one would ever guess that we had had any problem with our carpet. In addition, we had him clean the carpet in the rest of the house. It looks like a new carpet throughout the house even though it is many years old. Jose was very punctual and considerate. We will definitely call Jose in the future when we need carpet cleaning."

He did exactly what he said would do at the estimated cost. Generally I was interested in deoderizing as there was a small dog on the premise. It probably took no more than 30 min and I was satisfied with Travis's work."
