They did such a good job that we asked if they could do something about our pavers by our pool. They get very slippery when wet. The manufacturer's rep had told us that there was nothing he could do. We've had these terrible looking mats down so no-one would fall. Vince and his crew finished the pavers so that we don't have to have any mats down and so more slips or falls! "Jose did a great job cleaning our off-white carpet. We had had a hot water slab leak resulting in a large soiled area in our dining room. We thought we might have to discard the carpet in that room. After replacing the soaked pad and having the carpet reattached to the tack strips by another vendor, we had Jose clean the carpet. He did a fantastic job, and there is no residual stain. No one would ever guess that we had had any problem with our carpet. In addition, we had him clean the carpet in the rest of the house. It looks like a new carpet throughout the house even though it is many years old. Jose was very punctual and considerate. We will definitely call Jose in the future when we need carpet cleaning."
