Best floor cleaners and waxers near Chula Vista, CA

"Very professional, clean work, definitely know what they’re doing! On my next job I’ll call them again!"

"We needed to have the grout in our shower replaced and the marble sealed. It was done efficiently and the job turned out great. As long as they were here they sealed the grout on our tile floors and cleaned the tile backsplash in the kitchen and sealed it too. Very happy with Xplosive City Tile and would use them again. Highly recommend."

"Joe is extremely knowledgeable about tile and grout cleaning. Heâ  s prompt and respectful of property. A pleasure to do business with. Half the cost of a franchise company. My floors are so beautiful I highly recommend him. At least give him the opportunity to give you a quote. You wonâ  t be disappointed."

"They did an amazing job on the carpets! The quote I received was much less than the other I got but the work was still amazing. They were super fast and didn’t leave a mess! In the past when getting the carpets cleaned i had some companies leave a mess in the bathroom after draining and it was a pain to clean up. They put fans on which helped with the drying process. I was able to move all my furniture back later that night. They even helped with moving my bed so my room could be cleaned completely. Will definitely be hiring them again!"

"Excellently!! John was able to come to the house to assess the project, timeline, and cost. He and his partner started right away due to a delay in another customer being able to get their product. Demo of current floor tile took a half-day. New floor tile was installed on day 2, and grout on day 3!! The cost was originally $100 higher than the previous estimate by another company. John compromised and gave a $50 discount, which I accepted. The two men worked as a team, were courteous, pleasant, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and I was very, very satisfied with the install results, time spent, and cleanup! I would call upon JB Tile and Stone, in Lemon Grove, in the future."
