It's as good as new...actually better because John put it better screws than the ones that originally came with the fan. Also, he arrived right on time. I highly recommend him!"

"The house is 101 years old. Electrical service was installed in 1943 and added to over the years by non professionals. Pete pointed out the dangers and corrected them. He installed the outlets in the kitchen as my wife wished. We were not inconvenienced during the work. We will have him replace the fuse box with a breaker panel in the future."
