We've been with SULY for 3 years this coming year! They're a family business, and we are proud to be their customer! SULY pricing is fair! The sisters, Tania, Esther and Miriam have all been personable, professional and have always done a great cleaning job! Here recently Tania and Miriam took on a special cleaning/organizing project; they changed our messy clothes closets into state-of-art finished product! We're so pleased and grateful! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND SULY CLEANING SERVICES!!!

The experience was fine the value for the money was not where I expected. We were told two people would come to clean our house. The worker (Halley) did a great job for the time and the fact she was by herself, we were just expecting 2 people and that more would have been cleaned.

She was a very nice lady but it was not worth the money because she did not clean my house.the house is about 1,800 square feet and she was there about half hour maybe.

We have already scheduled our next cleaning! Well worth the money rate! And we would highly recommend Suly's to any and all! Thank you!

She overbooked herself that day changed my 1pm appt. to 4. I feel that she rushed the job because it was so late, she did not do a thorough job. She also did not double check her co-workers work. The windows were clean, but the tracks were dirty. She forgot the microwave all together. Most baseboards were not cleaned. Not sure the floor was mopped because I was walking around barefoot and when I went to put my shoes on to leave, my feet were really dirty. I did call her about this. She did not offer to come back. This house was vacant, she could have come back the next day. Mind you, I didn t directly ask her to come, but she should have offered to make it right. I do not like giving a bad review, I hope this is a learning lesson for Suly.

Suly and her husband were amazing! She carefully attended to all the items I had concern with in the house and even went above and beyond and cleaned things I did not realize needed cleaning. I hired her for full time housekeeping! I highly recommend!

They were able to do whatever I needed. Would hire them again. The only reason for not giving them a 5 was, I thought , they should do a quick review of the work before they left. Just a couple of little things I think they would touched up on.

Suly is very sweet and very good at communicating. I had to change days & time a couple of times and she was so accommodating. Her and her husband showed up even early and it was the day I was moving into a new place that hadn’t had the apt. cleaned before my move in. Suly and her husband came in and got the areas I asked her to do sparkling clean! I would definitely recommend her. I will probably have her back when I’m all unpacked. ?
