"I got my under mount cabinet lights replaced & Jack came out to see what I currently have. He emailed me recommendations & listed a few LED lights that may interest me. So I went and listened to his advice, I went to Home Depot and purchased the lights. I emailed Jack for an installation date. The crew showed up to my house right on time, did an amazing job & completed the job in a very efficient time. I also had my ceiling fan replaced with a modern flushed mount & the crew did a fantastic job as well & the look is amazing. I HIGHLY recommend Le's Electric. Jack & Johnny are very easy to talk & skilled in their profession. Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

"I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."

"I hired Eugene to install a new ceiling fan circuit. I do not normally write reviews, but I think he has earned his five stars here. During the initial consultation and estimate appointment, he was honest, friendly, and straightforward with a fair-priced estimate and he clearly explained exactly what he would do during the installation procedure. The actual installation only took a couple of hours and he was able to keep the number of wire routing holes he made in the walls to a minimum. I would gladly hire him again and recommend him without hesitation."
