Greg is a good interior painting. For the most part we were happy with his painting - except that when we found a few spots that had been missed, he wouldn't return our calls. When he painted our exterior house trim, he left paint spots on the concrete and pots and would not return to clean them up. He built exterior terraced block walls for us. For the most part, he did a good job, but there were a few final details that were lacking. The steps he built into a sloped area, were not even; the step and riser dimensions weren't even. We tried to have him fix this - and he just couldn't get it right. I finally gave up because it seemed to be frustrating for him. Some of the blocks in the block steps fell apart - and again - he wouldn't return to fix them. He put in irrigation into landscape. After he finished the word, the irrigation values were leaking badly. They weren't leaking before the job, but he said it wasn't his fault. One of the irrigation lines that he laid doesn't work. Water doesn't come out the other end. He installed electrical into these areas, but whenever we use the electrical outlets - it shorts out a fuse. I tried repeatedly to contact him to come back to fix these items. He would always say he was busy with another job and too busy. After months of that response, it was really clear he was blowing me off.

THEY WERE GOOD AT ASKING FOR WHAT I WANTED AND LISTENING AS WELL AS GIVING SUGGESTIONS FOR OPTIONS. HE CLEARLY EXPLAINED WHAT WOULD BE DONE AND WOULDN'T BE DONE ACCORDING TO HIS WRITTEN BID. HE WAS VERY KIND AND COURTEOUS. I'M VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WORK.
