"We chose Sami and Sons over 3 other contractors we interviewed with to remodel our bathroom, and we couldn't be happier. After meeting with Abel and Sami himself we discussed a very reasonable cost estimate for the work that needed to be done. Abel even took us out shopping to several tile and home improvement stores to fan our imaginations of what could be possible for our new bathroom. Throughout the entire process the staff from their front office to their onsite project manager Paul were always very responsive and helpful. This was our first major remodel and laborers were very knowledgeable about creating the bathroom we wanted to achieve while keeping up to date with building codes and city permits. Mario and Erick always asked us questions on how we wanted details in the bathroom to turn out. Always gave us suggestions when we were clueless, and always advised us properly when choosing fixtures and other materials for the build. It was very helpful and reassuring that the managers used the BuilderTrend scheduling app so we knew what tasks were to be completed and on what days so my wife and I could plan things ahead of time. There was a miscommunication about the work at one point, but once we were able to talk to the project manager and other managers on the job they were able to resolve the issue very quickly and to our satisfaction. Scheduling work per day could've been more efficient, but overall we loved the results and our bathroom turned out exactly the way we envisioned and we've been loving it ever since it's completion. "Vincent and his assistant Sergei took on a difficult job of installing a stove top and a downdraft fan that posed some challenges of fitting into an existing counter space. An installer sent by the dealer failed at this task but they were careful and creative in finding solutions. We appreciated the attention to detail and their hard work - and the result was fabulous. Not least, the price was reasonable and both of them were easy and pleasant to work with. No hesitation in recommending their services."

"Our potfiller kitchen faucet began to leak at the wall. Great reviews on Yelp and Nextdoor prompted us to contact Plumbtree Plumbing. Their online appointment facility was very easy to use; an appointment was secured for the same afternoon. A very professional, courteous, and personable plumber, Bruce, diagnosed the problem and made an expert repair for a reasonable cost. We were very pleased. Bruce was genuinely concerned about our home's plumbing. Without any sales pressure at all, he and his equally expert associate, Matthew, made an inspection of our water pipes and discovered three issues: 1) the "water shutoff valve" at the base of the house was actually a gas shutoff valve!, and 2) a number of our water pipes were galvanized pipe instead of the desired/required copper pipe. While under the house, Matthew spotted issue # 3) and photographed it: one of our heating ducts had become disconnected, thus pumping hot air into the crawlspace! So, we are having Plumbtree Pumping come back to make a thorough estimate to correct items 1) and 2). (And our HVAC people will fix item 3)!)
