Also built a retaining wall. The work came out very nice in part because of the great design ideas that Eric gave us. The project ran into some unexpected issues that Eric was able to overcome nicely. We were impressed how Eric handled the project and met all the deliverables, also his team was extremely polite an professional. Our backyard now looks like the ones advertised in magazines. The project involved moving one of the exterior walls of our house to line up with an exterior corridor to create the space for a bigger kitchen. The one caveat was that we wanted the final look to blend seamlessly with the rest of the house and not to look like an addition. Sonia designed the space after taking all this into consideration and drafted the necessary permit drawings. The final product is great: the house looks like it was built originally the way it looks now but more attractive and stylish, and our kitchen is really what they called a chef kitchen with estate of the art appliances and beautiful cabinets and finishes. Sonia is very efficient, well-organized, and a talented designer who really took the time to listen and get to know us.
