"After getting 5 quotes for contractors to complete some renovations to our newly purchased home, we went with Brother & Brother because they had the best combination of knowledge, professionalism, honesty and cost. Their costs came in around the middle range of all the quotes, but they were the best in terms of quality and cost. I am so glad we went with them because the entire process went very smoothly and everything looks fantastic. Reem promised from the beginning that he would manage the entire project and all communication, and make sure that we would be able to move in by our deadline (in 2 months). He kept his word, and his team worked hard to ensure we were able to move in as promised. We did a full kitchen remodel, fireplace renovation, removed 2 closet popcorn ceilings, refinished hardwood floors, cabinet installation in laundry room and hallway, added recessed lighting, and old bar removal/ vanity installation. Although there were a few small issues that came up during the course of the work, Reem always let us know right away, was completely transparent about costs and benefits, and came to us with options for possible solutions. They also helped with purchasing materials that were in our budget and matched the aesthetic we liked. Elinor, the interior designer, made our vision for the kitchen a reality based on a few pinterest posts and conversations. "Omid and his team built a brand new bathroom in my home. The work was complicated as the home was just built in 2020. The foundation was concrete as thick as 18 inches with post tension cables running through. Omid laser mapped everything and determined the depth of plumbing through precise calculations. His team worked very carefully excavating through the concrete to then go 6 feet deep and access the main plumbing line and then perform all the work to connect the rest of the new plumbing, required by the new bathroom. Omid also utilized the space to the maximum and the bathroom looked much bigger than I had initially thought. The finishing was splendid with octagonal marble tiles aligned to perfection, additionally Omidâ  s team worked on extending storage spaces under the stairwell to further maximize storage value for us. I would highly recommend Omid. He and his team worked round the clock and even on weekends. I was really impressed by their schedule. I have heard horror stories where contractors leave work in the middle of the project or take up multiple assignments and only spend a few hours a day. But with Omid I was pleasantly surprised by the 8 hour work days and when they were running behind they were coming over weekends as well. Great job done at the end!!"

"We hired Sonia Jimenez from Topview Design Solutions after being recommended by our contractor and, from the very first meeting, we felt she was the right designer to execute our ideas professionally. The project involved moving one of the exterior walls of our house to line up with an exterior corridor to create the space for a bigger kitchen. The one caveat was that we wanted the final look to blend seamlessly with the rest of the house and not to look like an addition. Sonia designed the space after taking all this into consideration and drafted the necessary permit drawings. The final product is great: the house looks like it was built originally the way it looks now but more attractive and stylish, and our kitchen is really what they called a chef kitchen with estate of the art appliances and beautiful cabinets and finishes. Sonia is very efficient, well-organized, and a talented designer who really took the time to listen and get to know us. We are thrilled with the way our home turned out and I d recommend Sonia to anyone."
