"It was a pleasure to work with Eric, we hired him for a complete backyard renovation which included tree removal, leveling the surface and place pavers and a deck on top. Also built a retaining wall. The work came out very nice in part because of the great design ideas that Eric gave us. The project ran into some unexpected issues that Eric was able to overcome nicely. We were impressed how Eric handled the project and met all the deliverables, also his team was extremely polite an professional. Our backyard now looks like the ones advertised in magazines. She asked plenty of questions to better understand my family’s needs in order to suggest organization furniture and supplies that will fit our lifestyle. When she got started, she was fast and efficient and she’s super clean so she even cleaned spaces that were dirty/ dusty along the process. Her prices are definitely fair for the work she does. "We hired Sonia Jimenez from Topview Design Solutions after being recommended by our contractor and, from the very first meeting, we felt she was the right designer to execute our ideas professionally. The project involved moving one of the exterior walls of our house to line up with an exterior corridor to create the space for a bigger kitchen. The one caveat was that we wanted the final look to blend seamlessly with the rest of the house and not to look like an addition. Sonia designed the space after taking all this into consideration and drafted the necessary permit drawings. The final product is great: the house looks like it was built originally the way it looks now but more attractive and stylish, and our kitchen is really what they called a chef kitchen with estate of the art appliances and beautiful cabinets and finishes. Sonia is very efficient, well-organized, and a talented designer who really took the time to listen and get to know us. We are thrilled with the way our home turned out and I d recommend Sonia to anyone."

On her site visit we shared some ideas and a few rough sketches of what we were envisioning. Within two weeks she came back to us with detailed layouts and 3D renderings that were as close to the final design as could be. Throughout the project she impressed us with attention to detail and expert knowledge of space layouts, cabinet choices, cabinet interiors, colors, materials, surfaces, lighting etc. Not only her design support was outstanding, her hands-on support with the installation was invaluable.
