Installation was one day plus a few hours on the second day. Brian and Mark went the extra mile to move a refrigerator so my newly refinished hardwood floors wouldn't be marred. Very responsive to customers.

I didn't end up hiring this company because the prices were high by comparison and I was told one thing in person and over the phone and then the estimate reflected something else.

I am happy to have found Brian and his crew.  He listened to my concerns when evaluating the job for an estimate.  During the estimate phase, he even went so far as to see if stains could be sanded out to determine if wood would need to be replaced giving me a more thoughtful and accurate projection of cost.  It is easy to contact him by phone or email.  The cost was very fair and the end result looks great.  He did more than what was required of him and what was stated in the estimate.  I found him to be a true professional and that extends to his crew.  They were all a pleasure.  I highly recommend Brian and his team

My contractor hired The King's Craftsmen Hardwood Floor Company to do install my engineered hardwood flooring in my house.  I'm so glad that they did as Brian did an awesome job!  My floors are beautiful!  At the initial meeting, he answered all of my questions including transitions, thresholds and how to make the rooms look bigger.    

 

Unlike my previous floor installer many years ago, he took the wood to the walls as to not leave gaps that the baseboards has to cover.  He didn't mind that I had pictures up on the wall as he protected them by covering them.  My home was clean every night when I got home.  He is very detail-oriented, knowledgeable and professional.  He completed the job within a very reasonable timeframe.  I definitely would use him again if I ever redid my floors.  I highly recommend using The King's Craftsmen Hardwood Floor Company as my floors look fabulous!
