"Perfectly Clear was 4 hours late to pressure wash our roof but called, saying the vehicle they were using had a flat tire.  Although clearly stating the size of the house and that it was two stories, we were told during the course of pressure washing
the roof that a long enough hose was not brought.  We were also told that they had underbid the project.  The time it took to pressure wash the roof was indeed longer than estimated.  In spite of this, the price was held at the original quote.
After the Perfectly Clear team left we discovered that our ladder was used, without asking us, to access the second story and had been left on the roof of the first story.  Fortunately, a roofer was able to retrieve it the following day.  There was a significant amount of dirt left around the house, on plants, windows and other areas around our house and our neighbors.  The equipment used did not appear to be well maintained.  Specifically, the muffler looked like it was rusted out and it was VERY loud.
We have used Perfectly Clear several times over the years and were very disappointed in their performance on this occasion.  Barring some demonstrable changes it is unlikely that we would use their services in the future.
