"Larry and his son were hired to do a hardwood floor refinish. The orginal floor had warpage on most boards due to previous water hose leak on washer. About 700 sq ft was drumsanded, then further with disc sanding to create a smooth floor. After the sealer and 3 coats of finish, the floor looks amazing. Larry was prompt, kept us informed and removed and reinstalled all the baseboards. His equipment is professional and minimized dust generation. He might not have been the cheapest, but I am certainly satisfied."
