I was not able to micromanage the several projects. Gave Alex the goals that needed to be reached. We talked about the projects, he asked the right questions, and I was able to cut him loose to work on his own unsupervised. Money well spent!

Flooring went in tight and came out absolutely beautiful. Had him fix the garbage, disposal and dishwasher and that came out fine. Alex was an excellent employee. We were very lucky to have found him.
