"The plumbing technicians came out as promised to assess the leak. They were both very courteous and kind and assessed the damage. I am giving three stars because they estimated the cost to be almost 250% higher than what the actual cost was to fix the issue. I am sure there are customers out there that would just accept any bid however, please get multiple beds for these projects, especially when working with this company as they will inflate the cost to take advantage of the situation. I ended up only paying for the $79 estimate."

Erik and his team did a beautiful job following my architect’s plans, and was also proactive about calling out necessary changes. He was very patient with all of my changes and very specific requests, and was a very calming influence when unexpected surprises inevitably arose during construction. "Ben and his team completed work on my condo and I could not be more pleased with the results. I tasked them with a two bathroom remodels, kitchen sink replacement, and the creation of new sliding doors between my office and the master bedroom. Ben, Marcus, and Pete were prompt, professional, and very considerate of my time and space. Of note is Ben's candor when it came to design ideas, and expense. He advised that several of my ideas weren't worth the money, and suggested more cost effective alternatives, which I really appreciated. Our only minor complaint is sometimes the communication was lacking between project managers and the crew. We had a couple miscommunications along the way but it was a big project so we understand that’s bound to happen."
