"Robert was very professional, responsive and I even told him "good old fashioned American customer service"!!    He helped me decide which tint to choose, we chose darker on top and lighter for the vertical windows.  At first, I wasn't sure if I liked the tint due to some markings in it, Robert was patient, tried another tint and in the end I decided on the initial tint.  Now that it has been warmer I am thrilled with my decision to use the tint on my kitchen window! The old tint really had not been effective because it is so much cooler on a sunny day in my kitchen. "I had purchased draperies and hardware online, and needed to have it installed. Rick contacted me, and though he was booked for the next week, managed to squeeze me in on the weekend. Arrived promptly and was very organized and knowledgeable. He went over the different options available, removed the existing brackets and patched the areas (awesome), and installed everything beautifully.

 I'm extremely satisfied with the results, and am working with him to add custom cornice boxes to finish the look of the drapes. It was hard to find someone who would install drapes that were not purchased from them, and was so glad that Rick was able to do this job for me.
