Had Express Blinds install our new indoor shutters, and could not be happier!! Gave the best quote by far, took perfect measurements and installed our custom built poly shutters super fast. Has created much better light in the house, and almost seems to make the rooms larger!! So glad that we went with shutters, and that we hired Express Blinds. Would definitely recommend!! Thanks Bob!!

A totally positive experience from start to completion. Bob the owner explained things completely and the blinds are awesome. The installers Mark and his associate hung 21 blinds in under 2 hours flawlessly and very professionally. Value for our money superb. The whole operation was professional,timely and a pleasure.

Don't hire this guy. He took 50% down payment and promised the shutters in six weeks. He told me he would have someone come out and measure form them in a day or two. After four weeks of waiting for someone to come out, I called but no one could help me. I told them that I was cancelling the order because they could not possibly get them measured and made in the remaining two weeks. Bob called some time later and left a message saying that "he was on top of it, and would have them ready in four more weeks". I called them back and told them not to bother, it was too late.

The end product looks nice and the installer was professional and quick; however, the rest of the process was disappointing. The owner was very hyper and just threw his samples onto our furniture moving my personal items about. He also banged his heavy bag against a doorway which left a mark. He then lost our order (but not the check) requiring his assistant to have to come back to our house to remeasure all over again. She was very nice and gave us a discount but it was still a huge inconvenience.

Gus professional. Called to be late for appointment. He is a installer and was not qualified to repair blind. He didn't have correct tools with him. I asked for receipt and he told me his office would email it and didn't. I would not recommend Express Blinds
