"I had purchased draperies and hardware online, and needed to have it installed. Rick contacted me, and though he was booked for the next week, managed to squeeze me in on the weekend. Arrived promptly and was very organized and knowledgeable. He went over the different options available, removed the existing brackets and patched the areas (awesome), and installed everything beautifully.

 I'm extremely satisfied with the results, and am working with him to add custom cornice boxes to finish the look of the drapes. It was hard to find someone who would install drapes that were not purchased from them, and was so glad that Rick was able to do this job for me. It really makes a difference in having someone who works with window treatments for a living vs a handyman.
