"The electronic control circuitry was diagnosed as the potential problem. The part had to be ordered, and between that and our personal schedule, it took two weeks. Barry was the technician both times. He was very courteous and efficient. The part installed did not fix the problem and the motor was then singled out as the problem. Because of the high cost of a new motor and the age of the machine we decided a new dishwasher was needed. Barry then cleaned out our connected air vent (which started to have a bad oder) so we would be ready for the new dishwasher. I might add that the office staff was always extremely friendly and helpful through all our phone calls."

"Ricky went above and beyond to ensure my repair was done in a timely and excellent manner. He ordered parts, talked me through options, and demonstrated he had my best interest in mind. He was open about the options and creative about what could be done and how. After various trips for parts and hours spent on the project we came up against an impossible situation. The washing machine bolt was stripped and cutting it would mean leaving a part of it in the washer transmission, which would ruin the washing machine. So, Ricky communicated that he wouldn't be able to fix it and that he was sorry about the time invested in the project. While cleaning up the workspace I felt a ping on my phone and I discovered Ricky had refunded me the fees I'd paid him to evaluate the appliance, EVEN AFTER HOURS OF WORK, miles of travel for parts, and even INSTALLING SOME NEW PARTS. I was worried about hiring a new appliance technician, but I'll be calling Ricky for any appliance needs!"
