Next, they set traps and monitored any potential activity for 2 weeks. Once they confirmed there was no activity, they scheduled the complete removal of all debris including insulation. Once the debris was removed, they completely sanitized the entire attic and replaced with new insulation. We are completely satisfied with their attention to detail and their care for the cleanliness of our property and living area. "The vendor was great--responsive and attentive--and came out to look at the issue, which was a smell of a dead animal in the wall of my garage. Unfortunately, tragically, the analysis of the smell coming from the wall was completely wrong. There was not a dead animal stuck in there--requiring, as suggested, nearly $7,000.00 worth of sealing and whatnot. Rather, the smell was emanating from a bag of rotting fruit. It cost me no money to toss the fruit and I am beyond thrilled that I did not pay a penny to this vendor for useless work."
