TriCounty came in and assessed the situation and gave our HOA a couple options. TriCounty began the process by first closing all entry points. Next, they set traps and monitored any potential activity for 2 weeks. Once they confirmed there was no activity, they scheduled the complete removal of all debris including insulation. Once the debris was removed, they completely sanitized the entire attic and replaced with new insulation. We are completely satisfied with their attention to detail and their care for the cleanliness of our property and living area. "All I have to say is Rodent Control amazed me. We've had a rodent problem for quite some time now and we figured that we'd get it resolved, but we didn't want it done just by anyone. She told me exactly what they would do and how they could help get rid of the rodents, then we scheduled an evaluation that was very accommodating to my busy work schedule! Their representative Sam came out and was very knowledgeable and also very personable. He came and took a look at my property and informed me about what had to be done and gave me a quote. After their evaluation I had a few other companies come out just to keep my options open and I found myself coming back to Rodent Control because no one else could compare to their services to my liking. Not only that but no other company that had come out could compare to Rodent Control's customer service, they really want to help you the best way possible. I called Sam back and he was able to get his crew come out and do the job with me the following day. The crew came out and they did an amazing job. Unfortunately, tragically, the analysis of the smell coming from the wall was completely wrong. There was not a dead animal stuck in there--requiring, as suggested, nearly $7,000.00 worth of sealing and whatnot. Rather, the smell was emanating from a bag of rotting fruit.
