"I wish your system had more than five stars because many more would be needed to rate Luis A. Mercado professionalism, expertise, and courtesy. Prior to Luis' visit, four experts in stone cutting told me that nothing could be done: that I had to replace the whole counter, change the stove, etc. With Luis' patient examination, precise measurement taking and calculation he found the simple solution how to solve the problem without changing the stove and installing the new counter. I recommend Luis more than highly. He is really an exception. Now, I know that many newcomers from the territory of the former Yugoslavia live in and around Pasadena.
