I am very pleased with the work done on our home by Precision Home Remodeling. We had a leak from our air conditioner with severe water damage to 2 bathrooms, master bedroom, and hall. Kris from Precision Home Remodeling helped us to negotiate with our insurance company to get double the initial amount they offered for the repairs. Kris was able to give us a reasonable bid for the home repairs plus additional work we needed for roofs on part of our home and flooring with baseboards throughout our house. We also requested a new window that other contractors had been unable to replace due to the restricted space around the old window. Kris also had great recommendations for a new mantel that included painting of old bricks and some new tile work around the fireplace. Our home is old and Kris from Precision Home Remodeling authorized extra work to paint our ceiling, replace wood in our patio for the new roof, and leveling of our floors (all of which we did not realize needed to be completed). Kris’s team was very professional and skilled. His painter, Asi, smoothed out walls that had always been uneven due to multiple coats of paint and he repaired old cracks to make everything look new. One of his workers, Jesus, did a great job with the tile on our mantel and was able to install a new vanity that required a lot of skill to fit under a large mirror and to get it level on an uneven floor. Kris also offered us upgraded flooring for the same price of the flooring we had chosen from a big box store. We were told by our insurance company and family/friends that the amount of work we were doing could take 6 months to a year to complete. However, Precision Home Remodeling was able to complete the job in 2 months. Kris was always responsive to our questions and texts throughout the project. Although it is always difficult to go through major home construction, I am overjoyed with the results. Everything looks fresh, updated, and new. The new picture window is very clear and more energy efficient, I have been waiting 20 years to replace it. The flooring and mantel are beautiful, and I am no longer worried about roof leaks with the next bout of rainy days. I highly recommend Precision Home for any home improvement needs.

The kitchen turned out great, the quartz countertop and white shaker cabinets look modern. The bathroom vanities look much better than before, they match the countertop and cabinets of our kitchen. The floors are great, a couple of spots with flex but that's because it's a floating floor and my subfloors aren't level enough. I'll probably choose glue-down floors next time. The doors look great, they installed and painted them well. This company has great customer service and will come back to fix and finish things even after you paid them. That makes this very reliable and trustworthy company you can work with. Ido is very personable and responds quickly to any questions you have along the way.
