DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CROOKS! I used them a few time, but the last time they did not even vacuum before moping, and I have 3 dogs and 3 cats. Their cancellation policy is to notify them within 15 hours of scheduled cleaning appointment or they charge you $40. I notified the owner, who up until this point answered all of my calls and all text messages, on July 1, and my scheduled cleaning day was July 3rd, but he charged my over $125 on July 5th. When I called and text him (Joseph Guerra) letting him know I wanted a refund for taking money out of my account that was not authorized... he stopped responding and would not answer his phone or return my calls. Now I have a claim against him, my bank keeps trying to contact him and NOTHING. Please don't be scammed by this company. I learned the hard way.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Not too bad service but they charged another $200 on June after the service was completed on Mar. There was no prior notification of this charge, and it ss completely unjustified as the service was already finished. I contacted them to dispute the charge, but there is no response. This is unacceptable business practice. It is concerning that Angi allowed a company like this onto their platform. I hope they will strengthen their background checks to prevent similar incidents from happening to other customers.

They came on time with a great attitude and did a good job cleaning the entire house post floor installation. There was an additional expense for hazard insurance to clean the outside of the windows which was a surprise but reasonable. Excellent team.

My experience with Housekeep USA was better than expected, being in the past I had hired different maid and housecleaning services, and was always left unsatisfied in areas that needed most attention. During the walk-through, I forgot to mention certain detailed things I wanted to be done, but because I was in a rush to go to work, and when I arrived, they attended to those issues without needing to be pointed out, and I appreciate that. I will definitely recommend Housekeep USA and will use their services again in the near future!

Joseph took great care of my house. I was impressed that they even got the window sills. I was worried about them messing up my wooden floors but luckily they knew what they were doing and had a special tool and liquid for that.

House keep USA helped me save my security deposit. Iâ  m grateful my buddy recommended them they came thru last minute. They waved the same day fee just because I let them know I was trying too save my security deposit. Would totally recommend them
