"Old washer that became misaligned. It was a matter of deciding to buy a new washer or getting our current one repaired. "My old refrigerator (over 20 years old) stopped working and I called All American Appliance. The technician came on time, researched and identified the problem to be a unit controlling the defrosting of the tubes bringing cold air from the compressor. The repairs would have cost over $500. The technician advised that it may not make sense to repair a fridge. I completely agree with technician’s suggestion and appreciate honest advice. I will not hesitate to listen to their opinion in the future."
