I am disappointed In my experience with Trever from Tech Cert appliance repair. I was initially impressed with his quick response time. Trever sounded professional and knowledgeable about my appliance that needed repair. Trever was out the next day to diagnose and subsequently had the machine repaired in good working condition within 48 hours. Unfortunately, his professionalism ended immediately after the repair was completed. I had felt confident allowing a licensed professional, from a company with outstanding reviews, to work in my home while I was at work. In hindsight, I would have hired a different professional. As I had good faith in this technician, my girlfriend was alone at home to provide access and payment for his services. Once the transaction was complete he stated quote, you are the sexiest woman I have ever seen and you are really beautiful. My girlfriend uncomfortably ended the interaction and closed the garage. Minutes later, Trever sent her a follow-up message saying it was nice to meet her and he hoped he did not make her feel uncomfortable. Once again, calling her a sexy and beautiful woman. Buyer beware, think twice before hiring Trever from Tech Cert Appliance Repair. The company may have outstanding reviews but unprofessionalism and unwanted sexual advancements should not be tolerated. I will not refer to or use this company again.

Tech Cert came for an LG washer repair and diagnosed that the two motherboards were bad. Said he would get back to us when he got the parts. I had to text him the next day to find out where he was at with the parts. He informed us that one part was in stock but another was not. Then he let us know that he was going to be in Texas (we are in Calif.) for 4 weeks and wouldn?t be able to complete the job. I told him we wanted to put the $79 trip charge towards the repair and he said ?sorry about that?? I would not recommend.

Trevor is a very professional individual. He was punctual, courteous, and very knowledgeable as well. He text me when he was enroute to my residence and I would give him more stars if I could. Fair priced and I Highly recommend. I will sure use him in the future.

Received a quick response from Trevor at Tech Cert. Upon discussing budget tech was able to come out and advise if oven could be fixed. Same day had it fixed and was very pleased with overall professionalism and courtesy. Very pleased. Thank you.

Replaced light switch in oven. Came on time on day scheduled. Trever had the replacement switch with him and did the job quickly with little fuss. He also disassembled the oven door and cleaned the glass panes. (There are 4 panes of glass in the door.) Now the oven looks almost new. Very professional job. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Trever did an excellent job repairing the freezer in our Kitchenaid refrigerator. He identified the issues quickly and thoroughly explained the recommendations to repair. Within an hour the repairs were completed. Price of service very reasonable and I highly recommend them!

Trever was very professional and gave us good customer service. The problem we have with our washer could not be fixed due to the fact the washer is almost 20 yrs old. He let us know it wasnâ t worth our time and money to have it repaired. We very much appreciated that.
