"An appointment was made to have work done on a tree that needed service in my back of my house.  Mr. Buggiano was running a little late because of another appointment, but he called me and let me know what was happening and gave me a time approximately 1-hour later than was originally scheduled.  I was fine with that and was pleased that he called and brought me up to speed on the situation.  He even showed up a little early for the rescheduled time.  After introductions with Vincente, Tino, and Angel, I knew I was in good hands.  During the initial conversation I pointed out what had been done to the eucalyptus in front of my house and how displeased I had been with that service.  Vincente looked at the tree, agreed that the original job could have been done much better, said "No worries, it can be fixed".  We settled on a fair price and not only was the backyard tree cleaned, pruned, and topped ... the front eucalyptus was done to my satisfaction also.  The debris was completely cleaned up after the work was done.  If asked, I would highly recommend this service provider ... in fact, I put Vincente in touch with a neighbor who also had work done.  Professionalism, congeniality, and fair pricing  .. can't ask for anything more in my book.

"Called Jorge in early June to look at pool and recommend actions to be taken to eliminate a major algae growth problem. He suggested re-plastering since the pool plaster was 24+ years old and had multiple micro-cracks. Gave me a quote on the spot and promised to send an official quote via email within the week. Unfortunately, it took several phones call over the next three weeks to get the formal quote, but once received and accepted, his crew was very punctual, hitting every date on time. The work performed was very good. They cleaned up after each day's work, leaving the area spotlessly clean. It has been a month plus since the plaster job and everything so far looks very good. Final price was exactly as quoted. I would recommend him to anyone needing a pool re-plastering."

"I hired Tim and his helpers to move my furniture from my house into a POD and then a couple of weeks back into my house. Before the first move Tim call and gave me a lot of tips on what I would need and how to prep for the moves. He was very conscientious with my belongings which I greatly appreciated. "After interviewing and getting bids from a few different solar companies, we chose Horizon Energy, and we are so glad we did.  They are simply amazing!  We were more than pleased - we were thrilled with every aspect of the process.  The sales guy was dedicated and passionate about his work - he even designed a solar system that enabled us to put the panels on the back, north-facing side of our house!  All the other solar guys told us the panels would have to go on the front of our house...something we didn't really want to do.  Well, Horizon came through!  And because we put them on the back of the house, we didn't have to go with the expensive, aesthetically-pleasing panels, saving us some money. 

The installers were extremely professional and courteous, even going so far as to buy paint to match the exterior of our home to mask the wires they had to install.  They asked me several times to confirm the location of the extra equipment, and made sure they respected my kids' naptimes!  Have you ever heard of contractors caring about sleeping kids?

"They were very professional, but the poured concrete over some of our coping. They were very responsive, but I was a little upset that the heater pump sides were pressed in when moving it and so it has spots that show. This only included installation, but a new electric box had to be installed. I also thought the price was high."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"the owner came out to show us where the gunite was bad and explained the whole process to us. The crew was great the left the place clean every day. Very quick and very professional. We're telling all our friends with pools that these are the ones for the job.
