I worked with Charles and honestly his attitude and assurance that I?d be working with him sold me on they?re company Well after I signed I never seen Charles again no finish walk through with the client just job is done where?s the money. 26,767.50 for new furnace and a/c I expect an attic access to be finished properly and with quality materials. As you can see they can?t get a mitre corner completed properly. And then use construction grade plywood material NOT good finished grade. So I?ll do it myself the right way. I wonder if Mr. Pelle?s home is finished in junk material like this. If they can?t do this properly who knows what else is done poorly. Another thing the workman asked where I?d like the thermostat I pointed at a location. Well he just starts drilling away and hit a metal vent. Being in design build and construction I know to scan the wall with a stud finder that shows where pipe elec, etc are. Now there?s a vent in a wall with a hole. Zero follow up!!!?

He looked at what needed to be done, showed me what he would be doing both in the basement and again in my home where he would install a vent. Pelle Heating & Air, Inc. came over did a really good job at first we had put in a larger air duck and its wasn't quite providing the results I was looking for and I let the owner Steve know and he came back over and made everything work good by putting an inline fan in and we even installed a new attic fan. I would recommend Pelle Heating & Air, Inc. as they really want to do things right and make sure that the customer is satisfied. I just say I'm very happy with the work and really recommend that you give them a try.
