He looked at what needed to be done, showed me what he would be doing both in the basement and again in my home where he would install a vent. There were a number of issues. I installed a larger duct going to a bedroom and it had a little impact but not what I was thinking for the price. I was told a ballpark price by the technician that if we needed to put an in duct fan to further push the air to the room we were trying to get cooler and that price changed to much higher when another tech came over to try and figure out our next step would be. A damper control handle was broken by the last tech that came over. He said its old and there is no way to fix it. That was disappointing. The original tech sort of didn't want to take my calls and was supposed to come over again but never did. They were personable but still expected more. At least a call back.
