"Daniel and Jesus did a great job at repairing several large drywall stress cracks in 8 different locations in our home. They did an excellent job at color matching the paint to the existing room wall color so that all repair areas were undetectable after their work was completed. BTW, the existing walls were last painted nearly 30 years ago so I had no extra paint and the old paint color was discontinued. Also, they masked all areas (floor, curtains, etc) and keep repair dirt contained. Our house was spotless after they finished. They were easy to communicate with and very pleasant to work with. I especially appreciated that they were timely for all facets of this job from doing initial estimate to performing the repair work and cleanup. In summary, Dango Drywall was reasonably priced, dependable, and did excellent work. I would highly recommend them."

"Bill from Fine Point Painting first stopped by to perform an estimate. I am a newbie when it comes to painting jargon so Bill was quite helpful in his explanation of the various sheen types (flat, satin, eggshell, semi gloss etc.) and which sheen would look good in which areas. I also discussed a couple of options with him (like should I paint the ceilings or not) and he was again quite helpful with his suggestions.
He sent me the estimate the next morning and it was a very competitive price so I decided to go for it. The work was for 3 painters for 2 days and I used the Angie's list coupons.
On both days, Bill and team showed up very promptly. There were thorough professionals and knew exactly what to do. They bunched up all the furniture and covered it, covered the floors, removed the wall panels for all plug points in the wall, removed curtains. They cleaned all surfaces, patched holes, spot primed the patches and did a great job with the painting. The job was completed on time and I am very impressed with the quality of work.
I will definitely hire them again (thinking of painting the bedrooms and bathrooms next as well as the exterior)

"I called him on a thurday or friday and he came out on a saturday. He is an excellent worker. I could not have asked for anyone that did a better job. He was ever so pleasant and ever so nice. He looked at the part and took it to home depot and purchased the part. He came back and fixed it right up. He is very efficient.  As a handyman he said he could do most anything. "We wanted to build a new ADU in the basement of our building in San Francisco, then we called again Sam from Refresh and Build, to build one kitchen, two bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. They gave us a very reasonable price, then applied for the permit and Sam told us it'll be best to do the retrofitting since they were digging to have the 8' ceiling anyway. so they applied for the permit for that too, They strengthened the foundation, installed all new electrical circuits throughout the floor and new plumbing and new drainage system and passed all rough inspections with flying colors. Then installed all the walls, patched and painted, installed kitchen cabinets, countertops, backsplash, tiling the bathroom floors, and tub and shower areas, and the all the fixtures, Everything went smoothly and clear communication and well competent team. We have now happy tenants that love the place and we are happy too! I'd highly recommend Refresh&Build and their crews."
