"Owner Bruce Watkins is good to work with.  When his crew failed to cover & protect our lower deck and it got horribly spotted with stain drips from the upper deck, he had them pressure wash the lower deck to remove the stains.  Unfortunately, they left resealing the lower deck after their pressure washing fix to us -- not an insubstantial and inexpensive task that would otherwise not have been needed if the deck had been covered as it should.  Bruce recommended the product to use and eventually we did it ourselves, but not happily so.  Overall we were satisfied but the experience could have been better if the crew was more careful.

Max from Imperia Roofing came out to inspect it and confirmed the roof had definitely reached the end of its life. He explained the replacement process clearly and helped us move quickly so we could satisfy the insurance requirement. The crew did a great job and the new roof looks fantastic."

"We have a patio area with a translucent roof and wanted to have more protection to be able to area in cooler weather. The roof has a slope so a triangular shaped transom was also necessary above the curtain rods. The estimator created a design and recommended hardware. In addition to the curtains, Acme created and installed 2 awnings. We visited the showroom / factory to choose our fabric and were very impressed with their work on display. During installation one of the transoms did not quite fit and it was very quickly remade and installed. Everyone we met at the company was courteous and professional. We highly recommend this company.
