I also have a drop down valance that drops down about 4'. The installers worked around a gutter downspout, but the awning was not centered between my rails. I had my roof replaced and my gutters and downspout also. I informed Han that the downspout was repositioned and his guys came out and repositioned the awning about 6" and now the fit is perfect. I am very happy with workers and the company."

the outside of the windows, then they had to carefully refasten each screen to make sure they were securely replaced which added time to the process.  Regardless, I was impressed that they completed my entire two story house within a couple of hours. 
I signed up for the Angie's List Deal for $149.00 which covered 20 windows.  I have California style sliding windows so the
left and right side of each window counts as two windows, plus I have a small window that runs the width of the larger lower window,
this was counted as one window.  Dave worked with me on the price of the additional windows in my house the total of which well exceeded the 20 windows allowed in the deal.  His willingness to work with me (since this was my first time using their service) and the great job they did will definitely earn them my repeat business."
