Oscar and the two other crew members were always courteous, friendly and ready to explain every procedure. At the end of each days work they always cleaned up and never left a mess. They were always ready for work at 0800 and put in a full days work. Initially, I did not know what to expect. but the final product was absolutely outstanding. Some of the contractors I contacted first did not even return my calls. Kaveh was not the first but I was fortunate in that he was my final choice. I might add, that every time I called Kaveh it was he who picked up the call and that is important to me. Everyone in my family was amazed at the quality of the work. "This company is very willing to correct anything and basically did a good job. My house was built in 1927. They explained, after they started painting and when I realized they weren't doing any sanding preparation, that they couldn't sand because the paint probably contained lead. I accepted this explanation but had they told me prior to starting, I would have sanded the areas myself. Some time after, I found out that there is a simple test for lead. I appreciate the fact that this is a green company, but an explanation about the sanding should have been given at the time of contract. I respect green concerns and use no pesticides or other toxic chemicals

The guys did a terrific job, listening to our input and checking to make sure we were satisfied with each stage. Our house was not an easy one to paint dormer windows on a steep roofline, lots of plantings near the house, etc. but they went the extra mile to make sure every detail was to our liking. "I first met Tony, owner of Nexxus Remodeling, soon after his lead hardwood flooring installer had come to check out my home so they could send me an estimate. My project was to rip out all carpet in my upstairs, and on the stairs from the 1st floor.
