Westway Mobile Detailing

I bought and then passed along information to our assistant. Bought in Dec. and then had an usual non-stop semester with daughter's 18th bday and high school graduation and many college road trips. Then the summer hit with son's 21st bday party so coupon "expired". We joined the GOLD membership "assuming" would treat those customers with some perks. Anyway, Houston was hit by Harvey and we all were affected. Assistant has tried NUMEROUS times to politely set up an appointment for services to be rendered. We even told him we've got lots of cars that we'd pay extra to clean too Lisa is really too "sweet" sometimes, so i took matters into my own hand. I've left messages and neither one of us have received a reply. Beyond rude....and BTW, this is my first EVER negative review. Angie's list needs to be aware as well as YOU!

Daniel was on time and went to work immediately. He is a very professional young man. Our car is 8 years old and he managed to get most of the stains out of the upholstery. Outside and inside of the car looked great.

Outstanding. It made it look like new. He was relatively quick but impeccably done. In my backseat my dog had clawed it and there was nothing anyone could do about that, but other then that it looked showroom new. Very quick and left everything neat and clean. If you want a really good car detail he is the one to go to. He is just the one.

Made the appointment and time and date were confirmed and they never showed up and didn't bother giving a courteous call. Business must be booming when you can just blow off customers, must be nice. Very well! It had not been done for a few years and he did a great job bringing back the true color of white to our driveway instead of the dull dark grey that was there before.

Amazing..he called when he was on his way...he was on time..personable ...very likable young man. It took him about 2 hours... I had the premium package....Honestly I was stunned ...amazed and delighted. The car looks brand new !!! Inside and out....I was expecting a lot and received so much more than expected. Daniel called me back the same day with a quote, for a more than reasonable price. I hired him to come out to our home and provide full detailing to our vehicle. He was prompt, efficient, and thorough. His work was outstanding.

I was very pleased with Daniel and his co-worker. They washed, cleaned and hand waxed my car and I was very pleased with the results. They were punctual and professional. I recommend them highly.

We arranged an appointment to do the work and they (two men) arrived at the appointed time. I told them I needed to have one car complete within two hours so we could go out to dinner. He assured me that it would be done and both cars were completed within the two hours. The cars were hand washed, dried, polished and hand buffed. There were several scratches, dead bugs and other smudges on my black car. He brought it back to near showroom condition. He tried to buff out a few blemishes; but after several tries they were not able to be removed. I checked with the men periodically during the job and they were very friendly and courteous and make every effort to satisfy all my requests. I definitely will use them again and I recommend their service to anyone needing mobile auto detailing.

They did a great job, and were actually able to detail two cars for me on the same day I called because they had another job not far from me. Very professional, fast, and they did a nice job. Will use again.
