"The painting done looks gorgeous and on can tell that the painting was professionally done. The final contract that was drawn up for me to sign had great detail and was accurate. The production manager included some extra things as painting the retaining wall in the back yard. The painters spoke courteously to me and my wife. The foreman spoke perfect English. One of the painters helped my wife go down the driveway with her walker down to her car that was parked on the street. The painters showed up on time and didn't make a lot of noise like loud talking or playing the radio loud during their lunch breaks. I was especially pleased with the workmanship. They put two coats of paint plus primer on all surfaces, and I am sure that the paint will look good beyond the five year warranty period. The company seemed to have a lot of integrity and will take care of anything that was inadvertently missed. They left at least half a can of paint of each color and some stucco for future touch up."

I needed a ditch filled with dirt along a new back fence. Not only did he have the dirt delivered and filled the ditch, but he transplanted some large container plants and power washed the whole walkway & patio they had transversed with the dirt. Workers showed up on time and worked hard all day. The price was very reasonable. My only complaint was trash being left around during the job when there were trash cans available. However, all was cleaned up when job was done. I am really pleased I hired CRS and highly recommend them."

"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."
