"I've had numerous individuals and companies do various jobs at our homes over the past 40 years and Keith is among the best I've ever had. We had a small drywall patch to be repaired and textured to be ready to paint. Keith laid out plastic and paper from the front door to the bedroom. Covered the bedroom floor and bookshelves with plastic. After securing the replacement piece of sheetrock and taping the seams, he put two layers of mud (two different types to assure the paint would not have an unnatural sheen) and then applied the texture material to an area that was perhaps 4-5 times the area of the patch to so it blended in with the existing textured ceiling. Top notch, professional job. Would hire again for drywall work and highly recommend him based on my experience."

Charlie didn't have to push anything in order to sell his work to me because his product was the one I wanted, it made sense, and the price was better than others. I can't think of a contractor and I've worked with quite a few once in the past and for this project, I met with several ones as well and Landmark construction & energy crew is more reliable, efficient, and customer-oriented. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system.
