He did a good job with the remodel. Very easy to work with and he has no problem with the customer providing materials, a BIG+.

It started out great but with some supply's being delayed for a few days and the owner having shoulder surgery towards the end of the job, it took longer then expected.

Terrence is a hard worker and very easy to work with. He has been very knowledgeable with any problem we come up with. He shows up on time. If he has to be delayed he will call to give us a heads up well ahead of time. He is proud of his work and it shows. Since we don't have any carpenter/plumbing skills it is great to have found someone that has that talent.
We recommend Terrence if you are looking for an excellent hands on contractor.

Showed up as scheduled to provide me an estimate. Confirmed that the damage was caused by a leaking shower drain connection,which allowed water to permeate the surrounding subfloor. He also informed me the the drain size wasn't to code. Should be 2" not the existing 1 1/2" inch diameter. Gene provided my with three options with each option increasing in price. Explained the positives and negatives of each option without trying to hard sell me the highest option. I chose the mid level,which didn't include replacing the south facing wall between the bathroom and the bedroom. Gene replaced the the drain pipe with the 2" and installed a new drain/hub. Removed sections of damaged sub flooring- recovered the the whole floor with new subfloor to make it more level ( problem in trailer homes ). Installed new cushioned vinyl flooring and trim. The floor came out looking fabulous !!! My wife just loved it and I appreciated how smooth it looked. I have been in the park maintenance business for 30 years ( recently retired) and I can tell you that I have a lot of experience with both good and bad contractors. I'm happy to say Gene is a good guy who knows his business inside and out and will explain what he is doing without making you feel dumb. He has gained experience in modern mobile homes thru ownership. Most will appreciate no surprise cost increases and his friendly demeanor. He was a pleasure to work with and did what he said he would do when he said he was going to do it.. I know that sounds kind of basic, but you would be surprised how many contractors have problems just performing the basics..Thanks Gene for a job well done!!!

On time, actual cost was below estimate, efficient work, cleaned up after himself, pleasant in communications, did all that was asked and more, difficult task as removing grouting around sink without damaging tile was tricky.

We bought new flooring and he installed the new flooring in my shop. He did a very good job.

It went well. The start date had to be delayed due to delays in the job ahead of me, but he communicated well. The work moved along as expected and was completed as anticipated. The painting and baseboard work was terrific, but the faucet repair was somewhat disappointing.

We are glad that we found Terrence on Angie's list. He responded quickly and gave us a bid that was competitive with other bids. Terrence worked with us on the design, so we could get exactly what we wanted. He is very creative with his tile work, and offered options in the design that I wouldn't have thought of. The result is beautiful. He tested all the new faucets and plumbing as they were installed, to be sure they were working properly. He was also very particular about his underlayment work and used high quality materials to prevent any future water damage, which was one of our concerns. Terrence was dependable, professional, patient and accommodating throughout the process and we highly recommend him. We look forward to using him for future projects. We are so thrilled with our new bathroom!

Terrence is a detail-oriented person, and also very prompt. He is easy to work with. We had one small problem with the tile and he willingly made some changes requested. I was amazed at all the tools he has -- even had something for cutting mortar and a cinder block that had been behind the rock facade. His price was very fair.

.The job took three and a half days because we decided to replace the flooring in the guest bath as well. Terrence was always on time, answered our questions, worked quickly, did a great job and charged a reasonable fee. We plan to call Terrence anytime we have a home repair job in the future.

It went fast and perfectly. He is amazing at spotting small issues

that could develop into large ones such as the really loose plumbing in one of the bathrooms that he repaired for almost nothing. He is such an honest person and hard worker. He was referred to us some years ago by a coworker and has helped us with 2 of our own homes and 2 rental properties that we have. He added a beautiful gym in our house and last year remodeled our old dated kitchen into a beautiful piece of art. He has an amazing eye for things and really great prices.

Awesome with the bidding process. Out of four contractors was the only one who crawled under house to inspect job! Bid came well within the pricing we were looking for. Discovered leaking sewer pipe while floor was removed. Stopped repair on bathroom while fixing the more serious issue. He was able to replace more then just the damaged section of the pipe. Was on time while working on the job and kept in constant contact during entire process. Removed water/mold damage materials from site leaving house as clean as when started. Would recommend to do other work.

Terrence took out our old outdated fluorescent lights and oak frame and replaced them with six new can lights. It brought our kitchen into the new century. Of course, this required new framing, drywall, texture and paint as well as the electrical work. He does great work in a timely manner with great care to the details. It is such a pleasure to deal with someone who respects your time schedule. On the one occasion that he got caught in road construction and was 10 minutes late, he called to let us know where he was. Everything went smoothly and we already have another date scheduled for more work.

If you are looking for a Fair, Honest and reasonably priced contractor....Turenne General Contractor is the one. I would recommend him highly to anyone.

It was excellent, excellent, excellent work! I give them an A+. He's charging us a fair wage. He's a good worker. When he said he's going to be there, he's there. We're keeping him on to do more work through the house. I would recommend him to anybody.

He was punctual and worked steadily (important when paying by the hour). The work performed was of high quality and I'm very pleased at the results. I consider his work excellent value for the money. I would definitely hire him again.

Beautifully! When you hire Terrence Turenne you are getting much more than a contractor, you are hiring a true artist.
I had no idea what I wanted, I just knew it was time for the old blue tub, toilet and sink to be gone. He met me at the store and helped me pick out everything, from the tub, to the tile, to the color of the paint. His eye for design is amazing and the finished bathroom is gorgeous. He also installed a great pocket door separating the bathroom from the bedroom.

I have an older home, probably built in the 1930s and remodeled in the 1960s so he kept running into glitches, like the tub that was installed to survive a nuclear blast, electrical wiring that was really scary and some strange building methods. He dealt with everything cheerfully and professionally, explaining the issues as they occurred.

I was extremely impressed with all his work. He cleaned up every day before he left and also had to deal daily with 4 big annoying dogs and a cat who ignored him until he tried to eat his lunch....

Did not show up, as promised, to complete the job.
