Excellently, full stop. There were several projects George evaluated, prepared for and executed over 3+ months: interior painting, total cabinet refinishing, front door resurfacing, fence repair and re-staining, crown moulding, laying down truckloads of bark. He was on time each day, on time with each project and totally transparent re: time and materials. He has lived in Chico 50+ years, which was/is important to me.

George does work for our HOA. His work is done with an eye to perfection. Have also used him for my house and mother in law’s house and results were excellent. He has a comprehensive knowledge of most areas of house maintenance. We still use George for HOA repairs and maintenance. Very reputable.
