"Lorenzo G I Interviewed at least four companies in regarding my pool renovation. Wes was very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience. All his subcontractors were very professional and clean. We went from white Plaster to mini pebble, replaced our tile on our raised wall with ledger Stone and did new waterline tile. My wife and I are very happy with how everything turned out. I highly recommend liquid renovations."

"Executive pool replaced the pump and drive for my pool. They responded quickly after I called them. Trent, the service man was very good, did an excellent job replacing the pump and wiring in a new ground fault circuit breaker. Justin, the owner responded very quickly after I called him with my pump problem. They have also installed a new liner in my pool about a year ago, and converted my pool to a saltwater pool and I was very pleased with their work then also. I would highly recommend them!"

Pool Construction and Installation questions, answered by experts

Professionals prevent misalignment, ensure sturdy construction, and save time by handling complex instructions.

Soil testers and licensed excavators are often the professionals you hire if you need a perc test. In some cases, structural engineers will also be able to conduct the test for you. In many municipalities, you’ll need your professional on-site to dig and fill the holes with water, as well as a representative from your local building department or health department. That representative is the individual who will determine whether your test passes or fails.

New constructions, renovations, and interior layouts benefit from expert drafting.

The small lines on the tape measure either indicate inches, fractions of an inch, or centimeters and millimeters. On the imperial unit side (aka the inches side), the longest lines indicate inches, followed by the next shortest lines that indicate a half-inch, and then the quarter, eighth, and sixteenth-inch. On the metric side, the lines break down meters, centimeters, and millimeters.

If you can’t find any records online, you’ll need to contact your county clerk’s office to do further research. They should have property records on file, or can at least point you in the right direction of who to contact. You can also speak with your neighbors about when their houses were built because they were likely built around the same time.
