"I had problems with rats getting into the attic and contracted with Thomas Wildlife to make changes on my roof to prevent rats from getting in. Brandon was very professional with his presentation and was clear about the work that he would complete. He kept his appointments as scheduled. Since I am not a roofer or a pest control expert I was unfamiliar with the modifications that would need to be made. When I asked him how long it would take to complete Brandon indicated that it would take a couple of men a day or so to finish the work. The work actually only required 4 1/2 hours to complete for one worker plus 1 hour for an assistant. The total cost of the work came to over $3,000. After calculating for the cost of materials that meant I was charged over $500 an hour. This is more than the hourly rate for lawyers or doctors. Ultimately I felt the charges were excessive for the skills required for the roofer making repairs. It is disappointing to be overcharged for services of this kind."

"We wasted $2000 with this dishonest company. You pay by the trapped animal so guess what? They trapped every skunk that walked by for 7 weeks, claiming they all came from under our house. They never made an effort to close off the house or anything. Got a new company, paid $500 and they closed the hole, set a trap in the sub space and guess what? No skunks. No, we didn’t fire Sacramento Valley Wildlife Services right after the last skunk from our house was caught. They were catching skunks that weren’t a problem for weeks and telling us they were from under our house. The owner won’t fess up—he thinks they did a great job catching skunks (and charging us). Too bad they weren’t from under our house."
