We had been dealing wish some pesky pests in our home and had had enough. We got connected with Joe and after the first appointment, things immediately got better. He was prompt, polite and thorough. He provided great follow up instructions for us and our cats. We were more than pleased with his work and will be making him our go-to from now on!

Absolutely wonderful experience with Roark pest control. Joe explained in detail what he will be doing at my residence, walked the property before treating, and also treated my shed, and outdoor patio area. Billing has been a breeze and really easy to set up. Invoices come via email and auto deduct. He also removed the cobwebs from my patio and asked if there had been any issues with pests previously. I would highly recommend Joe based upon stellar service, attention to detail, and ease of customer service and satisfaction.

I recently let me last pest control service go as they weren't showing up on time and would leave cobwebs and spiders behind. I also had sporadic ant problems that they couldn't seem to handle. I hired Roark and their technician Joe showed up on time. He communicated with me via text so I knew when he would be there. He swept all of the cobwebs off my house and treated the entire perimeter. I caught him taking care of the spiders that have been living under my project car parked out front. Appreciate the extra care. I haven't see any pests around in the last couple of weeks. Thank you
