"Everyone was great to deal with and we got a reasonable price on a granite kit. countertop and a limestone master bath countertop. The help selecting stone was fantastic, the measurements were very hi-tech and the end result is beautiful. They only phase of the project that had a glitch was installation. The kit. had a bar with an 11" overhang. I was told it would be a good idea to get three support brackets that would be installed sunk into the plywood and under the granite so they would not show at all. The installer didn't seem to know about this and when I l asked about it it was too late. The installer told me there was nothing about it in the paperwork and I didn't need it anyway. It was in the contract and the head of sales told me the brackets were on the truck. Resolution is good. They took off the $300 I paid for the supports and are sending someone out tomorrow to install brackets I bought on Amazon. Separately - in the master bath, the installer did not drill the three holes for one of the faucets in a straight line. When I noticed it, he said they had used a ruler and it was straight, I must have been at an odd angle. The next day I looked at it with a steel rule in my hand. It was off and the factory agreed that my pic. showed that it was off. Good resolution - they sent someone out to slightly enlarge one side of one of the holes. This allowed the plumbing installers to locate the hardware exactly where it all needed to be all look great. It is a shame that such helpful and precision work through the whole process was almost ruined by a sloppy installation process."

"I contacted Angie and over 10 contractors called me but none could start I immediately except Oleg from smile tile. Oleg is the owner so you get an experienced tile installer with over 25 years experience. I had a difficult job because I had a shower leak. Oleg worked with me to find the source of my leak he was very patient as he did the demolition so I could find the source of the leak. Once we found the source of the leak and I fixed the water leak. Oleg put back the shower walls and shower drain with travertine stone that match the original shower and the entire shower looked brand new matching the original design and blending perfectly with the original travertine stone. I would highly recommend using Oleg as his attention to detail is truly amazing. He was very reasonable with his prices and definitely worth the wait as good contractors and tile men are very hard to find. I am a real estate investor and have remodeled over 20 homes and Oleg is the best tile man i have used."

He also provided a quote for replacing the entire slab,and after selecting a color,we asked him to install new countertops and backsplash throughout the kitchen. My job was a whole house demo and tile installation. The tile I chose was a large (26x30) hexagon. Hexagon can be quite challenging, so I needed the best installer I could find. I was impressed that Tony came out to measure and quote my job. One of my hurdles was that I could find no baseboards that worked well with the matte black tile. Tony solved this my having his crew custom cut baseboards using my floor tile. The top edge was finished with matte black metal stripping. It looks amazing.
