The clearance had to be done in order to allow a fumigation tent to be erected to address a termite problem. His company was the only company that offered me a solution when no small dumpsters were available. Balderas brought a larger one and charged me for a limited amount of weight rather than for the entire dumpster. No one else that I spoke to, at least six other companies, offered any solutions.
