They quickly and efficiently installed the awning in a couple of hours, placing the inside control switch and exterior connections exactly where we requested to facilitate our planned future electrical needs outside. The control lets us extend or retract or stop the awning anywhere in between with ease. From the day it was installed, it has performed flawlessly, and it continues to do so. We don’t extend it every day, but we do extend it most days. The extension and retractions motion is nearly silent; you have to listen closely to hear it. We enjoy the awning and recommend Accent Awning Company as a supplier and installer. We would certainly buy from them again if the opportunity arises."
